This is an entry-level role in the cybersecurity field, dedicated to protecting our clients' networks and supporting Fused Technology Solutions with daily IT operations. As a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst/IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in client-facing activities, assisting in the implementation of policies designed to safeguard client endpoints while monitoring our systems effectively.

What You'll Do: • Respond to calls and manage out IT ticketing system • Monitor our security systems and attends to incidents from the security portal • Assist in incident triage, containment, and documentation under the guidance of senior analysts. • Ensures safe delivery of IT assets and set up on our client site. You will also participate in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of security tools such as antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint detection systems. • Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including network hardware, end-user devices, and telephony systems across corporate and retail locations. • Help implement security controls and best practices across various client environments. • Support user access management and role-based permission reviews. • Deliver end-user security awareness training and provide guidance on safe practices. • Assist the service desk with escalated technical issues that may relate to cybersecurity. • Document security procedures, findings, and solutions in a clear and organized manner.

What We’re Looking For: • Recent graduate or diploma holder in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. • 1+ year of hands-on experience in an IT support or cybersecurity role (co-op/internship experience welcome). • Familiarity with threat detection, common security tools, and operating systems (Windows, Linux). • Basic understanding of networking protocols, IP addressing, and access control. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced MSP environment with diverse client needs.
